Image Logic® hasn't refused a reasonable request for technical support since we opened our doors in 1983.

Instead of spending money on fancy trade shows, commissions, and sales people, we've been building good products and offering free technical support.

Every engineer at Image Logic also supplies telephone support.  So why not get support from the people who actually designed and wrote the system?

We plan to keep the tradition of free support alive as long as we can.  Sadly, we can't guarantee or promise free support for more than 30 days.  But you can always count on competent, timely, support.
