Picking a download destination

Here's what my Microsoft Internet Explorer^TM looks like under Windows 2000®:

Open will download the software package and start it running as soon as the download is complete.

A better strategy might be to select Save and store the software on your computer so you can run the installation/update program as often as you want.

Save will download the software package and store it on your computer.

This is the best option on computers with dial-up Internet connections because you can avoid repeating the time consuming download.

Cancel or Quit lets you stop right now without downloading.

Every Internet browser will ask the Open/Save question. But the screen displays on Opera, Netscape^TM or even different versions of Internet Explorer^TM will look different.
